SCRAM – Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring
The SCRAM device is a secure bracelet that is worn by the participant. While worn and completely passive to the wearer, the device will test the participant for the presence of alcohol through the transdermal process EVERY 30 minutes, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Soberlink – This portable breathalyzer allows for near-real time testing results with photo identification verification and GPS location. This device takes a photo of the participant, registering a deep-lung BAC results and plots a GPS location at the time of the test. This device is discrete and user friendly. A positive test can be sent IMMEDIATELY to the referring agent through a text message or email. The device is completely wireless based through the Verizon network.

In-Home Confinement – Radio Frequency technology verifies the presence or absence of a client at a specific location. The receiver reports the client’s presence/absence to the monitoring computer through the client’s land-line phone number or cell based technology, which determines whether the client is adhering to or in violation of their authorized schedule. The BI-Home Guard combines advanced technology and superior reliability to provide agencies with the most comprehensive curfew-based compliance monitoring tool.

This location-based tracking device provides near-real time accountability. When you need to know where an offender is, or has been, BI ExacuTrack One is the quality choice for flexibility and reliability. Multiple one creation can provide secure tracking for allowing clients to travel to and from work, and or Court Ordered activities.

1st Alliance Behavioral Health is currently providing face to face case management services for Court Ordered Clients throughout the Wasatch Front. Our Case Managers are licensed Private Probation Providers working with the low to medium risk populations. Our staff is trained to use the latest risk assessment tools (LSI-r), as well as the latest in “best practice” case management techniques, including the 8 Principles of Effective Intervention.
